The last week before the competition entries are due in, and per ususal my painted piece isn`t ready, and I dont want to rush it. So I thought about using one of my old figures that I sold on Ebay, problem is, does the new owner have the rights to it, and would I have to seek their permission to enter it? I have photographs of the figure. Any Ideas

Your customer purchased the painted figure on EBay. Not the photographs. I use photos of sold figures all the time. The figures are sold but the photographs are mine...all mine

Cheers Orctrader this is my last resort I've only ever painted the one figure for the comp, but find the comp useful for finishing old projects, still my entry for the 14th should be finished in time

I should have made myself clearer, I have purposely only painted one up for the comp
I have painted the rest for other projects and not the competition.
