Didn't go, intended to (apologies Mr Hicks), but missus needed the car, (well it is hers) and I had work to do.

Seems I missed some fun and bargains.

If anyone has a list of all forthcoming events I'd be grateful, as I do want to pop along to some if I can.

Yeah, thanks mate. I'll just 'pop' over to Italy eh ?

Did mean to come, but was busy and had no car. Will have to have a word with Denise about that

Hope the weekend was good for you though.

I would have loved to have come but in the end I couldn't make it. It sounded like it was going to be a really good show though. I agree that the forum badge would be great for identifying members at shows

A Great show for us. Good to see lots of you there. Steve and Chris had been adding yet more to their lead mountains and Jezf had brought me some very nicely painted Arab Cavalry for my displays. I'll post them once I've based them.
Poor old Jed only managed to get there for the Sunday as his car had died. He seemed to have had a good day as he didn't seem to stop all day. Hussar Bob was seen wondering past a couple of times with children in tow, as was Paul York and his son.
I was very good and only bought a box of Tigers for FoW. Hazel won me a T-34 from BAM on the raffle. Standard!

would that be Chris Steadman ?

It would have been nice to have met both Steve and Chris at last. The forum badge movement gets another vote from me.

I didnt stop and say hello this time around Bill - Im boycotting your stand until you give me the King Charles XII figure

Made a major SD forum cock-up. I'm sorry to say that I did not recognized our leader when he came over to see the BAM stand.

Sorry Steve

aye - we had a bit of a disaster on the saturday due to technical failure of the vehicular variety...

amazingly though we managed to turn a profit (albeit a very small one) after all expenses with just what we took on the Sunday, so a BIG thank you to all those who stopped by to buy stuff (and even those who didn't).

no time to really have a good look around the show though, which was a shame as i wanted to see a lot of stuff
