hi all, can somebody see if they can add items to their shopping basket on our website please?

we're experiencing some very weird things at our end and we need to know if customers are getting them also r if its just us?

main problem is that items added tot eh cart are vanishing or the cart appears to give you different items in it whenever you add a new item.

I've just tried and it seemed to be working fine although I did notice that there was a price variation of a quid on the ruined statues and it added 2 houses instead of one. However, it didn't add things that I hadn't ordered or remove anything it just doubled that one item and a price was off

Item Name Quantity Price Total
Scenic Elements II Kit (remove) £4.50 £4.50
Ruined Statues (remove) £5.00 £5.00
Antenocitis Old Tower Ruins (remove) £5.00 £5.00
Large Wooden Windows (remove) £4.00 £4.00
Tudor-styled wargames house (remove) £16.00 £32.00

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Subtotal £50.50
Current shipping is RM Airmail - Non Europe/EU ~5 days, uninsured £10.82RM Surface Mail - Global 4-8 weeks, uninsured £5.91International Signed For - Outside Europe £14.32RM Airsure - USA / NZ - Insured, priority handling £15.02 Shipping £15.02
Your Location : UNITED STATES - change
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Currency is British Pound Total £65.52

Worked for me. And a zero stock quantity was successfully rejected.

Now if you can all try again but make sure there are at least five different stock items in your basket and proceed to check out. If the transaction is complete then it shows to be working properly

the paints and brushes page takes over 30 seconds to load compared with a couple of seconds for all of the others.

just thought i'd mention it mate as a lot of people won't bother after waiting 10 seconds for a page to load.
