Don't know where to put it... think this is the right place.
Here are a few pics of CRISIS in Antwerp last Saturday. It was very nice to meet BillT and see his miniatures for real. I've bought his pirates, which are bloody fantastic!

Cheers

Glad you liked them. There were indeed quite a lot of wargaming tables, around thirty to forty. Perhaps I meet a few of you there next year.

Looks like a show worth going to but 1 question -are the games Participation or Demo?
Having been spoiled with the likes of Cold Wars, Historicon, Fall In, Little Wars, MIGSCON and numerous other American and Canadian shows where ALL games are Participation games, I find that most wargames shows only hold my attention for 2-3 hours. After that I get bored as I have seen all the traders at least twice, looked at all the demo games and have spent all the money I am going to spend.
The majority of games look well presented, better than most of the US/Canadian games I have seen (though that was 9 years ago) and judging by the games put on at the Hamburger TACTICA earlier this year the Europeans have moved in the right direction.
Come on UK, get with the programme, SALUTE had some participation games but not enough if the hobby is going to grow and bring in new blood.

Most of the games here were Participation games, differing from large to small. I've never seen so many wargames.

Hi Benno
Great pictures looks a great show, thanks for posting them.
You can tell it's in the netherlands because all the games are very flat, not many hills about...
Cheers Mic
Also the Foundry guide for 25euros,great price.
